My child attends before and aftercare at Russett Kindercare in Laurel, MD. The director is a "leader" in every sense of the word and her staff is awesome! Ours is a small town of about 25,000. We have a good percentage of young families that would benefit from a professional 'pre-school'...I don't know how it would be funded but I am certain the children (hence future generation) would benefit from having a Kindercare located here.
